Using NLP to make a change with Darren Shaw

Inside your mind is a whole universe of movies and images that are private. These images guide your through life and define much of what you do, believe and value as you continue to progress through life. Everyone has their own unique map of images, sounds, emotions guiding them through life. Some of these are represented and spoken for by that voice inside your head.

What if you could alter what’s in your mind, so that you could get different outcomes from your behaviour?

What if you could change your relationship with the past, decide the desired outcomes of the future and have more control over the present?

This is just one aspect of Neuro-linguistic programming, but if it appeals to you, it’s a great place to start as you begin to investigate the powers of your mind and maybe even start to do something about the content of what’s in there.

According to evidence from the field of neuroscience, memory of real events and imagination, use the same neurological circuits in the brain(Up to 92%). The implications of this are that you can use your imaginative processes to alter things you remember, so that your memories no longer affect you in the same way, but new pathways in the mind are formed and your unconscious mental images influence your behaviour in a new way instead.

If you’re tired of being stuck on a circular path, where nothing seems to be changing drastically, leaving you in the dreaded ‘comfort zone’.. and you know you could be doing more with your existence…

Then get on the train and take a ride…
